Service providers that process personal data on behalf of helferplanung.app, with purpose, location and safeguards.

To provide and operate our platform, we use selected subprocessors that process personal data on our behalf.

## Hetzner Online GmbH

- **Purpose:** hosting the platform
- **Location:** Germany (Frankfurt)
- **Details:** storage and processing of application data

## Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (AWS SES)

- **Purpose:** sending emails
- **Location:** EU (Frankfurt, eu-central-1)
- **Details:** processing of email addresses and delivery data

## PostHog Ltd., United Kingdom

- **Purpose:** analysis of user behaviour
- **Location:** EU (cloud)
- **Details:** processing of usage data to improve the platform

## Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland

- **Purpose:** delivery of WhatsApp notifications to helpers (WhatsApp Business Platform / Cloud API)
- **Location:** Ireland; onward transfer to Meta Platforms, Inc. (USA) possible
- **Data processed:** mobile phone number, message content (name, event, shift and time details), delivery status
- **Details:** only if the organisation has enabled the WhatsApp channel and the helper has given consent
- **Safeguards:** Swiss-U.S. / EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Meta certified), additionally EU standard contractual clauses

## Notes

All subprocessors we use have been carefully selected and are contractually bound (including a data processing agreement) to comply with the applicable data protection provisions.
