You create a Sunday duty, church coffee or lunch club once and repeat it weekly or monthly until the end of the event. **Can older members of the congregation sign up easily?** Yes. Open the link or QR code, choose a duty, enter name and contact details. No account and no app. Anyone who isn’t online, you add yourself. **How do we share the link with the parish?** By email, in the parish newsletter, on the website or as a QR code on a notice. The sign-up can also be embedded directly in your website. **What does Helferplanung cost for a parish?** Nothing for a single event: the Free plan covers one event with up to 20 shifts and 20 assignments.
