VAT ## How the limits work. The plans differ in the number of events, shifts and assignments. Here is what the three terms mean. - Event Your occasion, for example a summer fête. In it you create areas, tasks and shifts. - Shift A time slot for a task, for example the bar on Saturday from 18:00 to 22:00. A shift can need several volunteers. - Assignment One volunteer in one shift. If four volunteers work the bar shift, that is four assignments. ## WhatsApp messages with credits. Small and Medium include WhatsApp credits. They are usually enough for a normal event. If you need more, you buy a pack. ### Credit packs - **500** credits CHF 24 500 messages to CH/AT, 166 to DE - **1000** credits CHF 39 1000 messages to CH/AT, 333 to DE - **2500** credits CHF 89 2500 messages to CH/AT, 833 to DE - **5000** credits CHF 169 5000 messages to CH/AT, 1666 to DE Only with Small or Medium. Purchased credits never expire. ### Credits per message - Switzerland and Austria 1 credit - Germany 3 credits - Other countries 3 credits Rates follow Meta’s WhatsApp prices per country. ### Good to know - Credits from your plan are used first, then purchased ones. - Plan credits expire at the end of the billing period. Purchased credits never expire. - You can see your balance at any time and get a warning before credits run low. - When no credits are left, messages go out by email. - The Free plan has no WhatsApp. Volunteers get all messages by email. ## Pricing questions Your question is not listed? [Ask a question](mailto:info@helferplanung.app?subject=Question%20about%20Helferplanung) **Do I need a credit card to start?** No. The Free plan costs nothing and needs no credit card. **What happens when I reach a limit?** You get a warning and can switch to a bigger plan straight away. **Can I change plans?** Yes. When you upgrade, the rest of your term is credited pro rata. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the term. **How do I pay?** Online by credit card or Klarna. If you would like to pay by invoice, get in touch. **How do I cancel?** Your plan renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the term: the end of the paid month with monthly billing, the end of the paid year with yearly billing. **Are prices the same in Germany and Austria?** Yes. Prices are the same everywhere and billed in CHF. Only WhatsApp messages to Germany use 3 credits instead of 1. **Which plan suits a large event?** Medium.
