# Your event’s activity at a glance.

Who signed up, cancelled or was assigned? It’s all there, sorted by day.

## What the activity feed records.

Each entry is one sentence: which volunteer, which shift, when. Grouped by who triggers it.

### You and your team

- **Assigned** You assign someone in Controlling or release the plan from availability planning.
- **Removed** You take someone off a shift.
- **Approved** You approve a pending sign-up.
- **Rejected** You reject a sign-up. The volunteer gets an email about it.

### Your volunteers

- **Signed up** Someone signs up on the sign-up page, even if you still have to approve it.
- **Cancelled** Someone removes themselves in their volunteer area while the cancellation deadline is open.

### Not in the activity feed

- **Changes to shifts and the event** New shifts, new times or changed settings don’t show up here.
- **Messages from the mail centre** Those are in the mail centre, with the status per recipient. [More about the mail centre](https://helferplanung.app/en/features/mail-centre)
- **Check-ins** Who is there shows in attendance tracking. [More about volunteer check-in](https://helferplanung.app/en/features/volunteer-check-in)
- **Reminders sent** Whether a reminder went out by email or WhatsApp is not shown in the activity feed.

## The latest, right on the dashboard.

Open an event and the last eight entries sit next to the critical shifts. “Show all” takes you to the full list.

- ### Names lead to the profile

  Click a name to open the volunteer profile with contact details and all shifts.

- ### Each event on its own

  The feed belongs to the event you have selected. Switch the event and the list switches with it.

- ### Time at a glance

  Recent entries show how long ago they happened, such as “6 min. ago” or “Yesterday”. Plus the time.

**Does the list update by itself?**

No. The feed shows the state when you open it; only the relative times keep ticking. Reload the page to see new entries. Controlling, the planning board and attendance tracking update without reloading.

**Can I see who on my team made a change?**

No. An entry says what happened to which volunteer on which shift. It doesn’t say who on your team did it.

**Can I filter or export the activity feed?**

No. The list shows every entry for the event, newest first. Exports for shifts, volunteers and attendance are in Reporting.

**Is the activity feed in every plan?**

Yes, including the Free plan. Each event has its own list, from the first entry on.
